Can I set up an account as an individual and order products for private purposes? No, unfortunately, we only sell to registered legal entities. The company you work for must be capable of handling dangerous goods.
How does the buying process work in the EU? After registration, we will check your details and contact you personally. You will receive the purchase contract by email. After payment of the invoice, we will ship the products to the address you have entered. The CIP Incoterm applies. Upon receipt of the goods, please download the entry certificate from, fill in the relevant data and return the signed and dated form to us. If the entry certificate is not sent back to RETORTE GmbH, we will have to charge you with VAT.
